**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Assistant HR Manager to develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company’s mission and values
- Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies
- Oversee attendance, overtime and complete payroll process.
- Serve as a mediator in employee conflict and decide on corrective actions when required
- Assist the line managers in the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling meetings and filling the performance appraisal forms
- Support compliance with all relevant local legislation.
- Maintain employees personal files.

Requirements and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, administration, and state and labor laws
- Experience using HRIS, such as Bayan
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills
- Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
