Human Resources Generalist

**Overview**
The specific role will be stationed at our offices in Riyadh, KSA in the Human Resources Department.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Assists in recruiting, interviewing and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants to open positions.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
- Assists in implementing onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Makes job offers, negotiates compensation packages, and handles the onboarding process for new hires.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Assists in handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
- Assists in examining employee disciplinary issues, terminations, and investigations.
- Assists in maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; assists in reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Keeps informed of and maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- University Graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 year of experience in an HR related position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and understanding of diversity principles.
- Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.
- Understanding of IT concepts in HR systems and operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Knowledge of KSA labor legislation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Teamwork skills. Desire to work in a team with a results driven approach
- Aptitude in problem-solving and general analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Professional English language both verbally and in writing
