Parsons is looking for a **Traffic Management Expert **to join our team in Riyadh In this role you will handle the day to day traffic engineering duties on all ongoing projects within the program such as traffic operations analysis, TIS tasks. Studies traffic engineering problems. Designs plans for safe control and flow of traffic.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Managing all traffic operations analysis, TIS tasks, Studies traffic engineering problems. Designs plans for safe control and flow of traffic.
- Reviewing and approving requirements model, framework, technology, and conceptual designs of the Advanced Transport Management Systems (ATMS) and the regional traffic management design for a major City including the following:

- Urban Traffic Control (UTC) system managing and optimizing the traffic signal operations,
- Freeway and Roadway and Tunnel Management Systems (FTMS)
- Advanced Traveler Information System providing real time traffic information to road travelers.
- Security Systems for Roads, Highways, and Tunnels including but not limited to: Closed Circuit Television System CCTV) for: Digital Video over IP, Remote Video over ISDN and GPRS
- Parking Management System.
- Public Transport Information and Priority Systems (PTS)

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- MSc Engineering or BSc relevant Engineering degree plus qualification/registration in relevant professional organization
- 20 Year experience in Logistics and major programs traffic management with 5 plus years of international/GCC experience
- Excellent communication skill including presentations to senior leaders
- Transportation Management Systems
- Transportation Management and Planning Leadership
