Job Title: Sales Representative / Business Developer

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and research potential clients and markets.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Utilize industry databases and resources to identify potential opportunities.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to set realistic goals and timelines.
- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Address any objections or concerns raised by clients in a professional manner.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to evaluate progress towards goals.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
