**Role Objective**

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Deliver day to day workplace management services, including concierge services, event management, helpdesk services and workplace communications.
- Manage a team responsible to ensure enquiries and workplace requests are met within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing escalations where necessary.
- Manage workplace systems and reporting, ensuring data is accurate and dashboard information (or reports) and provided to senior management, including team KPIs and operating budget. Role Description Manager Workplace Services.
- Lead business systems and building services projects to improve the workplace services function, undertaking project scoping, implementation, and reporting to deliver projects on time.
- Establish, maintain, and manage vendor relationships and implement clear KPIs and contract management processes to ensure efficient service agreements are met.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers while promoting and supporting an agile, harmonious working environment for customers.
- Manage all relocations into or within the building, ensuring integration across all operational streams and liaise with building management and the landlord to resolve issues and deliver an integrated and seamless workplace experience.
- Proactively conduct regular internal customer meetings to drive engagement, collaboration and continual improvement and ensure processes are standardized, aligned, and delivered in accordance with the wider regional portfolio.
- Ensures a facility’s services meet workers' needs.
- Fostering a professional working environment.
- Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.
- Managing janitorial duties.
- Ensuring adequate catering and vending services.
- Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
- Ensuring facilities are always clean.
- Installing and managing air conditioning services.
- Managing waste disposal systems.
- Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.
- Managing parking facilities and ensuring space.
- Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.
- Escalate issues, provide updates, and clarify instructions.
- Ensure services and goods are provided to agreed SLAs.
- Negotiate service provision and respond to queries where possible, or redirect
- Initiate and develop longer-term goals and plans to guide the work of the team in line with organizational objectives.
- Address and resolve team and individual performance issues, including unsatisfactory performance, in a timely and effective way.
- Monitor and report on team performance in line with established performance development frameworks.
- Communicate clearly, actively listen to others, and respond with understanding and respect.
- Proactive and responsible for own actions, and adhere to legislation, policy, and guidelines.
- Monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions.
- Keep others informed about progress and performance outcomes.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2-5 Years of Experience
- Full English proficiency
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of service delivery standards
