We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. If you have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering successful engineering solutions, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate progress, and address any issues or obstacles.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct thorough project evaluations upon completion, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project engineering.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer, with a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong technical background in the relevant engineering discipline (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical,etc.).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Khobar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
