Our newest opportunity is for a talented
**Graduate Support Coordinator **to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**
- Compiling a comprehensive list of incoming academy juniors, including their names, majors, universities, GPAs, designated hiring divisions, assigned mentors, and providing a link to their SharePoint folders.
- Confirming the readiness of all pre-joining documents for students, such as the welcome package, which is currently in the finalization stage.
- Assisting with the monthly check-ins once students complete their assignments.
- Gathering the end-of-month 'tasks' from students and ensuring they are placed in their respective folders.
- Coordinating site rotations for the program, ensuring that no two students are placed at the same site simultaneously.
- Aiding in outreach efforts to universities and government entities, as well as scheduling meetings and related tasks.
- Monitoring and tracking events where the academy should have a presence.
- Monitoring and tracking marketing activities for the academy, including monthly updates on future enrollments.
- Conducting research on university and business events.
- Conducting bi-monthly check-ins with students to assess their progress and promptly alerting relevant stakeholders to any issues.
- Collaborating with TA to identify promising students for potential future enrollment.
- Keeping HR informed about students' join dates and program status.
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- HR Degree/ Diploma (or equivalent work experience within an administrative role)
- 2 to 5 years in a similar role
**Skills/Personal Requirements**
- Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills (within MS Office)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player with ability to proactively manage your own time/diary.
- Passion and enthusiasm for offering careers and recruitment support in an Early careers context
