Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Urban Planning Senior Engineer **to join our team In this role you will get to **join our team to provide technical support and expertise in the detailed Masterplanning of a significant mixed-use land development project for our client.**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Masterplans for large-scale mixed-use land development projects, integrating urban design principles, infrastructure requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in urban planning, land use regulations, zoning codes, and environmental considerations to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including architects, landscape architects, engineers, and government agencies to ensure alignment of project objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the execution of project deliverables, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices in urban planning, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all planning documents, presentations, and deliverables, adhering to company guidelines and industry standards.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban planning and design, with a focus on large-scale mixed-use land development projects and a minimum of 7 years experience in GCC(KSA Ideally)
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex urban planning projects from concept to completion.
- Strong technical proficiency in urban planning software and tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Professional licensure or certification in urban planning or related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, resilience, and equity in urban development initiative.
