**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Assist Medical Licenses Supervisor as required.
- Scanning all the documents of medical/health care employees and create 2 folders (soft & hard copy).
- Preparing the accreditation and registration issuance files and deliver it to the official representative to be submitting to SCFHS and follow up until the Accreditation Certificate and Registration Card will be received.
- Guiding, helping and following up with the medical/health care employees to renew their registration card.
- Sending online the MOH license requests (issuance, renewal & upgrading) through the MOH website / hospital user.
- Enter manual entries in the system all the licensure documents & details which is the license number, issuance date and expiring date.
- Contacting the medical/health care employees to complete the missing/required documents in order to use in the license issues.
- Schedule the SCFHS (Prometric & Pearson Vue) exams.
- Verify the certificates through DATAFLOW group.
- Opening accounts on MUMARIS.
- Following, submitting and receiving the transactions to/from the MOH, SCFHS and Universities.
- Translation of Documents (ARABIC/ENGLISH FORMAT).
- Follow up for invoices of the client and pay slips for the healthcare employees.
- Responsible for the delivery & archiving of all documents of medical staff.
- Follow up & ensure the safe delivery of all medical staff to clients.

Due to the nature of the contract (Consultant) there will be no specific working hours & each month you will be evaluated on task completed & overall satisfaction /evaluation of the client & direct manager of Tamkeen.
