Medical Licensing Manager, manages planning and operations for the licensing and registration for SCFHS for medical professionals. Under the direction of the General Manager, the Medical Licensing is responsible for developing and managing the timeline and for overseeing all operations in the Medical Licensing Section, including providing leadership and guidance for division staff. The Medical Licensing Manager will routinely report to the General Manager and present on matters related to medical licensing.
Analyze all company regulations for SCFHS and ensure compliance to all development control related to MOH Licensing of the medical staff.
Coordinate with Medical Licensing team to maintain knowledge on all licensing changes.
Collaborate with medical operations and evaluate all process activities and establish all company operations related to medical licensing.
Manage and evaluate all regulations and legislations for licensing activities and ensure appropriate implementation and prepare strategies.
Collaborate with General Manager and prepare presentations to be presented in all meeting and committees.
Maintain knowledge on all SCFHS compliance trends and recommend changes for all company processes related to medical licensing.
Design all company strategies related to SCFHS and resolve all compliance issues and perform research for medical licensing process update.
Prepare all reports for all medical licensing and manage all communications with licensors and perform audit for medical licensing payment and deductions.
Analyze and recommend improvements to all internal procedures and implement the same related to medical licensing operations.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Oversee the analysis of medical licensing information, identify issues and discrepancies, conduct needs analyses, project consequences of proposed actions, present recommendations and implement procedures and processes.
- Serve as the business owner for the Licensing Management System and the primary point of contact for end users, including assisting in the development and implementation of updates and enhanced versions of the software, and troubleshooting day-to-day system issues.
- Review, analyse, and update the division’s policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for improvements as needed, develop and administer the Licensing Division budget including the allocation of resources and approval of expenditures, and develop reports and projections which communicate the status and effectiveness of licensing processes and present this information to senior management and the Commission.
- Manage a team of Licensing Specialists and an Intake Officer.

**Qualifications, experience and skills**:
Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in public administration, business, regulatory matters, corporate compliance, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
