**We are hiring a Heavy Line Sales Manager**:
**Job Title: Heavy Line Sales Manager**
**Job Location : Saudi Arabia**
**Reporting to : General Manager, Sales - Heavy Line**
**Job Overview**:
As a Heavy Line Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated customer list, ensuring effective sales representation, and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves daily activities such as customer visits, generating call reports, and documenting lost sales. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets, foster customer satisfaction, and drive business growth in the heavy machinery sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Management**:
Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customers within the heavy machinery sector. Develop a deep understanding of each customer's needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
Daily regular visits & communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
**Sales Representation**:
Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within assigned territory.
Identify opportunities for upselling the heavy line products and services.
Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers to showcase value propositions.
**Daily Business Operations**:
Conduct daily customer visits to maintain rapport and assess business opportunities.
Generate detailed call reports to track interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit lost sales reports, analysing reasons for lost opportunities and implementing corrective measures.
**Market Analysis**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding market dynamics and customer preferences.
**Team Collaboration**:
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to optimize sales efforts and address customer needs effectively.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Significant experience in heavy machinery sales or a similar industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid Saudi driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
