- Keep up to date with the latest Zoho features and best practices.

**Qualifications & Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, workflows, and automation within Zoho.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with SQL or database management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
