Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the CRM platform to improve client interactions and data accuracy.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the marble, granite, or construction materials industry.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Maximum age: 35 years.
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
