Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI automation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI implementation and automation across various departments and business functions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and automation.

2. Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of AI professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and automation specialists.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

3. AI Solution Development:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop AI solutions that address specific challenges or opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept studies to evaluate the viability and potential impact of AI projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI systems, including data collection, model training, testing, and deployment.

4. Process Optimization:

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation using AI technologies.
- Implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline workflows, increase operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, leveraging data analytics to continuously optimize and improve their effectiveness.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Communicate AI strategies, project updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels, including senior management.

**Salary**: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
