Uniform Supervisor

- Manage and maintain the uniform inventory, including ordering, receiving, and distributing uniforms to staff
- Supervise the uniform room operations and staff, ensuring efficient and organized processes
- Coordinate with department heads to determine uniform needs and address any concerns
- Implement and maintain a uniform tracking system to minimize loss and optimize inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with company uniform policies and industry standards
- Conduct regular quality checks on uniforms and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
- Train staff on proper uniform care and maintenance procedures
- Prepare and analyze reports on uniform usage, costs, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of uniforms
- Address and resolve uniform-related issues promptly and professionally

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience in uniform management or a related field, preferably in hospitality or healthcare industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in inventory management and team leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and uniform management software (e.g., IntelliTrack, Uniform Manager)
- Knowledge of têxtile care and maintenance
- Familiarity with uniform regulations and standards
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Certification in Inventory Management is a plus
