Mep Technician

**Job Role.**
- Plans and schedules repairs
- Repairs damaged equipments and faulty structures
- Maintains the inventory records for equipments and supplies
- Develops and implements preventive maintenance procedures
- Manages heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
- Inspects buildings, equipment and systems to identify any problems
- Conducts quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure its up to standard
- Adjusts, repairs or replaces defective wiring and relays in ignition, lighting, air-conditioning and safety control systems using technician tools

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as MEP technician (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Physically capable and has good physical stamina
- Good written and communication skills

**Salary**: From ﷼4,500.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Jeddah: Relocate before starting work (required)
