**What You Will Do**:

- Follow safety policies to provide a safe workplace for all employees.
- Ensuring that safety guidelines are adhered all times within the laboratory.
- Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.
- Collecting, receiving, labelling, and analysing samples.
- Recording all experimental data and test results accurately and in the specified format
- Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment.
- Maintaining the retained samples in appropriate and safe place.
- Follow CAL lab procedures and adhere to it.
- Ordering laboratory supplies, as needed.
- Extracting re-validation report in a weekly basis.
- Handling & testing all samples coming from sales, and creating report accordingly Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available and updated.
- Handling and storage all chemicals as per the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Support production team and working with them closely during production, to ensure the process is followed properly / QA activities.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry,
- Chemist background 3 - 4 years.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems.
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
- Adhering to company’s safety policies**.**
- English Language (Written & Verbal) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Preferred Experience**:

- Between 3 - 4 years of Chemical Industry experience.
- Understand and practice Company and Customer safety policies and procedures.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
