The Real Estate / Development Lead is a lead expert who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of real estate projects, from concept to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring that developments are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role is based in Riyadh and our scope will be establishing PMO services to help the client deliver strategic plans and procedures to cover their portfolio of works.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Strong expertise in creation of development briefs that enhance project potential and value, and preparation of business plans that encompass development strategies, phasing approaches, operator strategies, and sales and marketing tactics to streamline and coordinate project execution and enhance sales and marketing effectiveness

Demonstrable experience in overseeing business and financial modelling activities by evaluating new development opportunities in terms of cost, revenues, and value proposition, and business case and scenario analysis, and ability to monitor and update business plans and swiftly identify and address any deviations that significantly impact project financial performance.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to prepare, lead and deliver design charettes and technical workshops.
**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- 20+ years global experience in the real estate and development sector.
- Experience on a minimum of 5 large-scale development projects, ideally including as part of brownfield developments with heritage assets of value.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
