**Job Title**: Channel Partnership Manager - International Real Estate

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Channel Partnership Manager** to drive and manage global partnerships in the real estate sector. This role involves working with international real estate brokers, agencies, and partners to expand market reach, enhance sales, and support business growth across multiple regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage relationships with international channel partners to drive sales and market expansion.
- Create tailored sales strategies and support global partners in promoting real estate properties.
- Monitor partner performance and provide strategies for optimization.
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
- Represent the company at international real estate events and conferences.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in international real estate sales and partnership management.
- Strong understanding of global real estate markets and buyer behaviors.
- Established network of international real estate brokers and agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel internationally as needed.
