This role will be working with product lines & leading initiatives to increase localisation within Saudi Arabia.
As a IKTVA (Localisation) Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as Program Leader for Localization strategy across Baker Hughes (iktva, LCGPA)
- Leading localization effort for the customers, driving all localization related initiatives to position the company stronger in commercial bids.
- Engaging with regional functional stakeholders - sourcing, finance and HR for local content development plans and project execution.
- Engaging and coordinating with all Product Line leaders - Local/Regional/Global to deliver IKTVA commitments.
- Leading IKTVA reviews at country, region and HQ level and with customer on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Representing Baker Hughes to the customer in all IKTVA related presentations including policy influencing, SQR etc.
- Driving customer intimacy & performance management.
- Creating and leading multiple strategies across Iktva pillars (Supplier Development, people development, R&D)
- Working in close cooperation with regional and PL sales to support commercial submissions on IKTVA and winning strategy.
- Visiting global client and or Baker Hughes locations as necessary
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college.
- Have 8 to 10 years of experience with 4 years of relevant commercial or operational experience.
- Have proven experience in Program/Project management Roles and customer management.
- Have thorough understanding of local content policies of Aramco
**Desired Qualifications**
- Have the ability to lead workshops with local Government Entities and position Baker Hughes in best light.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Have in-depth knowledge of market conditions, customer dynamics and local regulations influencing strategy
- Have interpersonal and leadership skills
