**Responsibilities**:
Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure.

Handle guest reservations and manage seating arrangements in the hotel's dining area.

Communicate effectively in Russian and English, both written and spoken, to accommodate Russian-speaking guests.

Collaborate with hotel and restaurant staff to maintain smooth operations.

Professionally handle guest queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.

Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).

Previous experience as a hostess in a hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
