The technical training manager is responsible for all resources belong to service organization, and still can support in training other functions if required. Training manager should evaluate the team in facility and field as well depends on their required scope.

As a Technical Trainer Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing training for field service organization and team under after marketing organization.
- Developing an annual plan for its own department.
- Being involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches where employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or GED with at least 8 years of Field Experience.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Training.
- Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
- Have a passion for developing others.
- Have the ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems
