**Job Summary**: We seek an exceptional Executive Chef possessing culinary artistry, leadership acumen, and a deep passion for French and Italian cuisine. You will guide our culinary vision, inspire our team, and elevate our reputation as a destination for exquisite and innovative dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shape the restaurant's culinary identity, developing menus that showcase your profound understanding of classic and contemporary French and Italian cuisine.
- Build and lead a highly skilled culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and a passion for culinary growth.
- Drive menu innovation, staying current with evolving trends in French and Italian cuisine while honoring timeless traditions.
- Develop and meticulously refine recipes to ensure impeccable execution, consistency, and stunning presentation.
- Source the finest seasonal ingredients, cultivating strong relationships with local farmers, purveyors, and specialty suppliers.
- Optimize kitchen flow, systems, and staffing to ensure smooth operation and peak efficiency, even during high-volume periods.
- Manage food costs, inventory, menu pricing, and labor costs to ensure profitability and meet budget targets.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization in accordance with regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification focused on French and Italian cuisine.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles (Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine) in establishments known for French or Italian cuisine.
- Proven mastery of classic techniques, sauces, preparations, and regional specialties of both French and Italian culinary traditions.
- A refined palate, creative vision, and an impeccable eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership ability, with a track record of team building and mentorship.
- Strong business sense, cost management skills, and a focus on profitability.
