Project Planning and Execution**:

- Lead the planning and execution of mixed-use development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- ** Team Leadership and Management**:

- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
- ** Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain project quality and integrity.
- ** Cost Management and Budgeting**:

- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying variances and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Review and approve contractor invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and clients.
- ** Risk Management and Compliance**:

- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with construction activities and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proactively address any legal or regulatory issues that may arise during the course of the project.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mixed-use development projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
