**Language Requirements**:Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Construction Claims Senior Manager to join our partner company's team in KSA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Development of Claims and Disputes Process**:

- Lead the development and enhancement of the claims and disputes resolution process for Government Committees, with a focus on KSA Construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- ** Guidance Manual Development**:

- Create a comprehensive guidance manual tailored for managing claims and disputes specific to KSA Construction projects for Government Entities.
- ** Stakeholder Workshops**:

- Conduct workshops in Arabic with government entities to educate and brief them on the claims and disputes resolution process, governance, and guidance manuals.
- ** Lesson Learned Capture**:

- Regularly capture lessons learned from claims and disputes cases, specifically related to KSA Construction projects.
- Update procedures, governance structures, and manuals based on identified improvements and industry changes.
- ** Subcontractor Management**:

- Oversee subcontractors responsible for delivering technical, financial, and legal reviews of claims and disputes related to KSA projects.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality analyses.
- ** Reporting and Briefing**:

- Prepare regular updates and reports on the status of claims and disputes for KSA projects.
- Conduct briefings in Arabic to ensure clear understanding with senior client representatives.
- ** Team Management**:

- Manage and mentor junior resources within the Construction Claims team.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team capabilities.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing or preparing claims for construction projects, with a focus on KSA projects.
- Fluent in Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of construction law, regulations, and industry best practices.
