- Primary Functions:

- Drive Profit & Loss and cash accountability for BCN business units in Jeddah.
- Define and set up an optimized organization, managing & developing people in line with yearly budget & plan for BCN business units.
- Define & drive initiatives to ensure operational excellence, quality outcomes and client satisfaction within BCN business unit.
- Support sales team during tendering stage in tender review (Technical & Commercial).
- Support Credit control team for O/S collection and contribute in improvement of OCF status related to BCN business unit.
- Monitor closely operational, commercial and financial performance through daily / weekly / monthly reviews (team monitoring, clients performance monitoring, finance) and initiate corrective actions if and when needed.
- Ensure full compliance with BV HSE policies and objectives within BCN business unit in terms of implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with international and local statutory. Legal requirements and group guidelines including Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk Management.
- Support and collaborate with Capex BL Operations Managers and TLs in all KSA regions about the development of overall BV KSA business related to BCN.
