Siemens Energy Transformation of Industry has exciting new opportunities for a Project Manager for the delivery of a number of complex projects such as:

- Automation technology for on and off-shore solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry
- Modification, upgrade and replacement of electrical and automation infrastructure in Oil and Gas industry

**How you’ll make an impact?**
- Execution of Projects:_
- Managing the project throughout the project life cycle until provisional acceptance (PAC)
- Handling relevant planning elements and milestone results
- Involving the relevant partners in the sales/project initiation phase
- Performing contract reading and developing action plan to mitigate risks, drive opportunities, and manage contractual obligations
- Being responsible for the technical solution and the integration of all (sub-)systems
- Conducing regular project status meetings and organizes acceptance of milestone work results
- Documenting all work results according to the valid standards
- Managing acceptance (tests) and final project handover
- Exercising ownership for quality and EHS for the entire project
- Conducting active change and claim management
- Manage Customer Requirements:_
- Managing of customer expectations and proactively solving of issues and increase customer satisfaction
- Actively gathering of information on the customer and customer's strategies, requirements, and targets
- Together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager, consulting customers on technical solutions
- Clarifying customers' targets and requirements, and/or specification in request for variations and leading of negotiation with customers
- Performing lessons learned activities and feeding the results into own project and organization
- Manage project finances:_
- Taking full responsibility and ownership to achieve the project’s financial targets
- Verifying the project offer/order entry calculation, identify and recording of changes
- Ensuring regular financial controlling and reporting according to regulations
- Actively perusing measures to increase project gross profit, reducing/mitigating risks, implementing cost savings and developing and implanting opportunities
- Identifying and reporting non-conformances (NC) and minimizes impacts arising from potential non-conformance costs
- Ensuring that the results of risk assessments are appropriately reflected in project calculation
- Fostering change orders with positive margin contribution
- Manage project team:_
- Agreeing targets and work packages with project team and delegates defined work packages
- Actively seeking and providing feedback (e.g., team members, managers, customers)
- Implementing a environment, which encourages open communication and encouraging a speak-up culture
- Involving the project team in all relevant project issues, active communication
- Taking responsibility for own and team-members' work life balance
- Supporting team-members' personal development
- Fostering ownership culture within the project team

**What you bring?**
- 7-10 years of professional experience in a technical environment (Preferably automation or electrification projects)
- Knowledge and Experience with execution of projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Experience in leading and managing multi-cultural teams in an exemplary and inspirational manner
- Experience in project execution within the defined requirements (e.g. safety, time, cost, quality and functionality/system performance)
- Proficient in the use of MS Project or other Project Management software
- Must have fluency in English and is capable to communicate with our Global Operations community
- Global mindset. Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment and demonstrate ownership of tasks
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work in an environment with competing demands which requires prioritization of activities.
- This position is office based with occasional travel to customers sites for meetings, sales technical supports or project related meetings/activities (such as FAT, customer meetings, etc.)
