We are currently looking for "**Material Manager**" for a Transportation Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Assignment : Permanent Position

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a Saudi Council of Engineers certificate (Mandatory )

**Experience**:
Minimum (5+) years of experience in Material Management, Production Planning experience, Purchasing and/or Scheduling

Job Skills:

- Must be proficient in Asset Management, Materials Requirement Planning "MRP" Software SAP & Maximo (CMMS)
- Must be proficient MS office tools

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage operations to supply the project with the necessary material & services for an interrupted O&M operation while making sure that all material, equipment, services, and devices meet project requirements
- Ensure the external cost planning and forecast (for materials, services, packages and subcontractors) during the project execution phase in collaboration with cost controlling dept.
- Ensure the submission of all Supply Chain inputs required to define and issue the Integrated Maintenances Project Plan
- Ensure the project material delivery (including spare parts and repairing of failed material) in accordance with the project plan by coordinating with all the stakeholders
- Ensure distribution of Logistic Plan & Inventory Report to the project teams.
- Coordinate with the Engineering & Maintenances Managers to ensure all procurement activities including Service Level Agreements (SLA) are developed, completed and secure, supporting the process with the development of associated purchased technical specifications (PTS).
- Support the Engineering Manager in assessing Obsolescence impact on future maintenance activities and Life Cycle Costs of TSM assets
- Materials requirements planning (MRP), manage material flow, and to plan and prevent warehouse shortages and stock outs while managing and minimizing inventory investment
- Oversees the procurement process of materials & services and establishment of delivery sequences to departments according to the maintenance plan order priorities and anticipated availability of material.
- Ensures the placed orders are delivered on time.
- Plan, organize, and control all supply chain activities connected with the flow of materials & services into and out of Client Company ERP/EAM system (SAP & Maximo) in coordination with warehouse supervisor and maintenances team leaders
- Ensure the Client Company -Capital spare parts Replacement Plan is created and make recommendations on initiatives
- Monitoring of parts during the repair cycle from the contractor, including evaluation of quotes from supplier, timings, and expectation of stock return
- Work closely with the Warranty and Repair team to ensure spares are expedited quickly through the repair process
- Develop and manage the process for managing the repair loop for Overhaul Materials with the project teams
- Responsibility for ensuring all systems are up to date with stock locations and availability of spares
