On behalf of hour client we are looking to hire a** Hydro Jetting/Chemical removal of NORM Radiation Protection Officer**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) to oversee NORM Decontamination in Ultra high pressure hydro jetting operations and or Chemical removal of NORM. The RPO will be responsible for ensuring that all radiation-related activities are carried out in compliance with local and federal regulations and company policies. The ability to conduct a site baseline background radiation survey would be highly beneficial. This position will work closely with site HSE officer to control and deliver safe working practices on site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement radiation safety policies and procedures for hydro jetting and or Chemical removal of NORM operations.
- Monitor and assess radiation levels at job sites and ensure that all personnel are working within safe radiation exposure limits.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents involving radioactive sources and prepare reports detailing the causes and recommendations for prevention.
- Provide safety training to all personnel working with radioactive sources and ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of radiation sources and activities, including inventory, usage, and disposal.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and industry groups to stay up-to-date on regulations and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Saudi Nationals Only
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Protection, Health Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiation safety management, preferably in the hydro jetting and Or chemical cleaning related industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and federal regulations and industry standards related to radiation safety.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Shall be fluent in speaking and writing English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
