**Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Risk Manager **to join our team**:
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Develops and implements the program risk management plans.**:

- **Develops Standard operating procedures for the risk management of the program and ensure that QIP delivers operational consistency across the program.**:

- **Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope.**:

- **Leads forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program.**:

- **Responsible for oversight of all risk management among our team.**:

- **Responsible for risk management of all external and third-party approvals.**:

- **Responsible for working closely with client and delivery partners for integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties.**:

- **Reports risk management issues to the Senior Controls & Reporting Director and develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary.**:

- **Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments.**:

- **Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.**:

- **Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary.**:

- **Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.**:

- **Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.**:
**PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- **Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent from an accredited university.**:

- **Minimum 15 years’ experience in risk management on engineering projects.**:

- **Chartered Engineer status is ideal.**:

- **GCC experience is referred.**:
**SKILLS/COMPETENCIES**:

- **Demonstrated leadership and management skills.**:

- **Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.**:

- **Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment.**:

- **Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.**:

- **High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.**:

- **Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.**:

- **Strong organization and follow through abilities.**:

- **Strong business judgment **:**Minimum Clearance Required to Start**:
