We devise smarter systems to control and monitor oil and gas extraction. Our subsea production systems are industry-leading. Our team are responsible for the quality of products from suppliers. We audit and monitor performance and collaborate with supplies and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide quality improvements and solutions.

As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure we align with quality requirements. You will be integral in verifying that our products meet quality standards

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Shaping lean manufacturing activities at global or local level including methods, tools, roadmap systems, elaboration, and deployment
- Managing industrial improvement projects including process improvement, green field, revamp-up or extension, localization of manufacturing activities, etc.
- Detecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements
- Handling the communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
- Contributing to project as a team member
- Working on goals take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in Well Head Operations, or Oil Field Quality/Reliability
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing operations and quality management.
- Be able to ensure all customer reports are issued and resolved in a timely fashion
- Have a good understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices
- Be a good team player and display good English& Arabic communication skills
- Be able to perform additional work-scopes tasks as required to assist your team and customers daily operations
