A leading Fit-Out company specializing in high-quality fit-out projects within the hospitality industry is currently seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator with fit-out experience to join their dynamic team.

Position Summary: As a Technical Coordinator (Fit-Out), you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the technical aspects of fit-out projects within the hospitality sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless project execution by effectively managing technical coordination, documentation, and communication among all stakeholders involved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the technical aspects of projects, including review of design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Technical Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
- Review and approve submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and other technical documents.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Serve as the central point of contact for technical queries and clarifications among various project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between project teams, ensuring alignment on technical requirements and objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to provide technical guidance, resolve issues, and monitor project progress.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with technical requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical coordination within the fit-out industry, specifically in hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and finishes related to fit-out projects.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and other relevant technical tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia
- Must be able to start as soon as possible
