- **Resource Management**: Allocate resources and monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and budget constraints.
- **Team Supervision**: Manage and lead the technical office team, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
- **Document Control**: Establish and maintain documentation procedures, ensuring accurate records of project details, reports, and correspondence.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure projects meet established standards and specifications.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance to project teams and coordinate with relevant departments to address technical challenges.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage administrative tasks within the office, including procurement, budgeting, and general office operations.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Prepare and present reports on project progress, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
