**Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand client objectives and challenges to develop tailored consulting solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate project updates, strategies, and recommendations.
Lead key accounts and generate new or add on business and services via cross selling
Communicates and works closely with the project/program team to ensure deliverables are understood, defined, time lined and measured for project proposals
Monitors progress towards achievement of project objectives and KPIs with effective management of project risks and opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end project management process, including scoping, budgeting, planning, executing, and closing projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Analyze and interpret data, market trends, and industry best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Develop and deliver a broad range of consulting services including workplace engagement strategy and initiatives, experience design and digital solutions for the built environment.
Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Improves and grows the efficiency of delivery processes and procedures to enhance and sustain JLL’s internal capacity and continuously improve on service delivery.
Coordinate with leadership and facilitate the development of partnerships with leading vendors and market players that provide complimentary services.

**Qualifications**:
Experience in consulting role in the real estate industry leading and delivering projects
The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving
Thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding and service-oriented environment
A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition, as well as the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level
Excellent leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of project management standards including procurement, change management and various other functions
Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
