We are seeking a Data Management Expert in our Solutions team. The primary purpose of the Data Management Expert role in Mozn Solutions is to assist clients in effectively managing and leveraging their data as a strategic asset. This involves working closely with client organizations to develop and implement tailored data management strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards. The expert will play a crucial role in understanding each client’s unique business needs and translating these into practical, technical solutions. Furthermore, this role involves fostering strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on data governance.

**As a Data Management Expert, your daily workload might include**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique data management requirements and challenges.
- Advise on and establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the deployment of data management tools and systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and needs.
- Monitor and improve data quality, including accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and completeness.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business goals and to foster a data-driven culture.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective adoption and use of data management practices and systems.
- Generate comprehensive reports and maintain detailed documentation of data strategies, implementations, and outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of data management solutions within the client's environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications related to data management, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), are a plus.
- +8 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a consulting role, preferably with exposure to various industries and business environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing data-related projects from conception to implementation.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, cloud services, and data integration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address data management challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present findings and strategies effectively.
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Team collaboration skills to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Strong project management capabilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations in Saudi Arabia.
