**Planned Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance Works**

**- Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions and other operating problems to minimize disruptions in**

**manufacturing operations.**

**- Identifies/troubleshoots nature of problems/breakdowns and determines appropriate maintenance and**

**equipment selection.**

**- Implements the Planned Preventive and Corrective Maintenance program and keeps detailed maintenance**

**records so that recurring problems with machinery, equipment or parts can be identified and addressed.**

**- Sets, calibrates or adjusts equipment, machinery and instruments to ensure its compliance with production**

**specifications or instructions.**

**- Updates the Maintenance Manager of the current status of all work and activities of the department.**

**- Coordinates with Maintenance Coordinator the stock / non-stock spare parts and departmental administration**

**related requirements.**

**Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Compliance**

**- Enforces and practices properly the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, face masks and**

**the like while inside the shop-floor.**

**- Checks and ensures safe surroundings and acts on any unsafe activity seen.**

**Section Supervision**

**- Provides guidelines to Foremen for equipment modifications and resolves problems regarding breakdown.**

**- Advises on localization of spare parts.**

**- Reviews outstanding work list for all trade disciplines and advises work priorities for critical task to respective**

**foreman.**

**- Prepares schedules for daily, weekend and weekly job completion targets.**

**- Arranges procurement of materials, spare parts and manpower for all activities. Human Resources Management - Maintains staffing levels based on company standards. - Identifies training needs and arranges staff training in achieving company’s strategic plan - Conducts regular communication meetings with staff to inform them of quality performance results and trends and to improve their decision-making skills. - Develops KRAs & KPIs for subordinates. Provides guidance/assistance to subordinates to achieve targets - Promotes cooperation & team work and lead by example - Maintains good relationships with internal functional groups and external customers and suppliers Material Progress and New Machine Equipment Installation - Identifies and monitors critical spare parts that are required on major machines and outstanding activities. - Ensures availability of spare parts on time. - Provides guidelines to maintenance foreman for new machine/equipment installation.**
