Operations & Support Program Director

MBR Partners is seeking a senior Operations Program Director for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.

**Education**:

- Master's degree in management or technology field (Highly preferred) Or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- At least 10 years of experience in project management, operation management role, or equivalent role.
- Proven experience in Operation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to drive safety and create a safe working environment.
- Lead and foster operations within a team environment, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Develop and maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
- Interpret and comply with contracts and contractual requirements, ensuring all obligations are met.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and partners.
- Plan and organize operations with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
- Lead by example, delegating responsibilities effectively, and resolving problems efficiently.
- Exhibit persistence, perseverance, and patience in challenging situations.

Skills and Qualities:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (as specified).
- Proven experience in project and operations management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
