- Decorate soft frosted and fondant style cakes in a fast-paced environment.
- Uses a variety of tools such as airbrush, carving tools, and mixers for uniform and intricate types of confectionary products.
- Decorating regular bakery items according to established bakery standards.
- Taking inventory of baking and decorating supplies and ordering new stock as required.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment.
- Making all types of cakes such as 3D cake, events cakes..etc..
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign, and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Production.
- Provides his reportees with the proper training required for the role
