**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate with the UGL projects representative and others involved to maintain adequate planning, procurement, and distribution of materials, equipment, sourcing, and supplies across multiple facilities**:

- **Develop and implement business strategies around supply chain consolidation, cost reduction, quality improvement, as well as supplier assessment**:

- **Manage supplier activities to ensure appropriate supplier selection; startup,**

**production ramp, and procedures such as first articles, packaging definition, quality definition, print quality, etc.**
- **Negotiate and procure contracts and services based on long-term volume planning with suppliers and handle conflicts or questions on prices, deliveries, and specifications. Monitor supplier performance and establish quantifiable**
