tage 1: Evaluating the claim from a procedural point of view. S
- tructure the daily visits to sites and manage the whole sector and its projects. R
- eport progress on site and monitor activities, reporting on any potential issues related to procedural compliance. W
- ork closely with senior management and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with procedural requirements. Follow up on the Developer and his team with respect to the quality on-site, ensuring procedural compliance.

tage 2: Technical and contractual evaluation of the claim. E
- xtract engineering information from CAD drawings, preparing engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs. P
- repare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials, reviewing supplier-drawing submittals, and performing technical bid analyses. P
- repare and issue specifications, datasheets, and other construction documents for technical evaluation. Provide technical guidance to lower-level Engineers working on the project, ensuring technical compliance.

tage 3: Financial evaluation of the claim. S

upport financial evaluation by assisting in the analysis and evaluation of material costs, equipment costs, and other associated financial aspects.

tage 4: Lessons learned and development of procedures. M
- ay act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on engineering-related matters, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and best practices. Participate in the preparation of reports on lessons learned and observations during the project, contributing to continuous improvement and future planning.

ay be required to provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.

- achelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. A
- t least 15+ years of experience in a Construction Management role. A
- ble to work under pressure and tight deadlines. E
- xcellent communication and organization skills. T
- he position requires an Arabic fluent speaker since most of the communication with the client and documents are in Arabic.
