The Account Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing and growing strategic client accounts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic recommendations to help them achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role as an Account Manager or in account management.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic client accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to clients.
- A strong understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients based on trust and mutual respect.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (Marketing preferred).
- Microsoft Office suite.
- 6+ years of experience.
- worked in an advertising or marketing agency.
