We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Developer (Remote/onsite) to join our team, an Arabic speaker. As a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer, he will be crucial in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to our organization's needs. his expertise in Salesforce customization, integration, and configuration will be instrumental in optimizing our CRM platform to drive business growth and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Salesforce Development:
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce configurations.

Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other custom solutions as needed.
- Integration:
Design and implement data migration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and ensure data integrity and security.
- Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and project teams.

Lead Salesforce development projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.

Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, analysts, and administrators, to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster collaboration and transparency.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I and II) is required. Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Architect are highly desirable.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on customizations, integrations, and configurations.

4. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.

5. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.

6. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
