We are seeking a talented and driven human resources intern to join our team in Riyadh for 6-months.
**Key responsibilities and objectives**:
**Recruitment Support**:
- Assist in job postings on company websites, job boards, and social media.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
**Employee Onboarding***:
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure that new hire paperwork is completed and filed properly.
**Administrative Tasks***:
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Handle filing, data entry, and administrative support for HR operations.
- Draft and distribute communications such as policies, memos, or newsletters.
**Employee Engagement***:
- Support the organization of company events or initiatives.
- Collect feedback and assist in implementing improvements in workplace satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must in HR, Business Administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
