**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with government platforms such as GOSI, QIWA, and MUQEEM.
- Responsible for managing all employees related requests and the communication with any governmental affairs such as ( HRDF, Tamheer, Taqat..).
- Participate in career fares in local universities and to source the best Saudi fresh graduates to help grow the organization.
- Perform orientations, on boarding, and update records with new hires.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Following up employee’s annual, sick leaves, bereavement and maternity leave to make sure all supporting documents are submitted.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Coordinate with all departments with regard to Human Resources related activities.
- Schedule & Conducting interviews, HR events etc.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR officer, HR assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
