Senior Manager - Enviromental Social and Governance (ESG)

MBR Partners is looking for a director with a consolidated experience in structuring and

managing ESG policies and solutions for technology and (/or as secondary option), utility/energy

companies.

The key focus of this role is to work with the Chief Innovation and Structuring officer, who is

responsible for sustainability and ESG function for the company. The ESG director will take the

primary responsibility of structuring from scratch, using the support of external advisors, where

applicable, and managing the complete ESG program and polices for the

controlled investment and operation in data centers around the world.

**Responsibilities**
- Define along with the different functions of the company the ESG strategy plan for the client's

data center along with the development of the roadmaps for the definition of ESG

procedures and their implementation in every function of the Company.
- Once the strategy plan has been approved by the MC and the BoD, create and

operationalizing the ESG strategies, defining KPIs.
- Implement a framework for measuring and monitoring the implementation.
- Automate and digitalize by means of innovation IT technologies the ESG platform for the

aspect where this possible.
- Being responsible for issuing all the required ESG analysis and reporting as required by the

program to external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Clients, Lenders and

international institutions.
- For the company's investments, developing key ESG risks, opportunities, mitigation and

adaptation considerations in the projects to be carried out in early phase and then secure the

implementation of the ESG as one of the state-of-the-art ESG and sustainability solutions for

Data Center in order for its business to become market leader and disruptor in the sector,
- Communicating and managing stakeholders for ESG, including governments, international

agencies, industrial groups, lenders, IT companies and investors.
- Manage internal stakeholders to identify and establish overall project delivery schedule for

project implementation to meet customer timeline.
- Working closely with the Chief Audit and Risk Office to ensure compliance of the ESG

policies mandated within the company.
- Able to direct work, but also largely to execute tasks and works on stand-alone basis and

shall be strongly business and innovation driven.

**Requirements**:

- 12 years of experience and a proven track record in similar tasks and responsibilities primary

in technology and/or utility/energy companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team professional.
- High level English fluency
- Bachelor's or master's Degree with higher education in the sector considered as a plus.
- A pro-active high achiever with high energy levels, who is used to working under pressure

and to tight/challenging deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of the business value chain
