As part of our ongoing recruitment process, we are building a CV pool for future opportunities in the Guest Experience & Loyalty department at Six Flags Qiddiya City.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall guest experience and satisfaction
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and insights on their experience
- Utilize data to identify trends and areas for improvement in guest loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing to create loyalty programs and promotional offers
- Train and support staff in providing exceptional guest services
- Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction metrics to measure success
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate special events and initiatives to promote guest loyalty
- Develop communication materials that promote guest engagement and loyalty
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to guest experience and loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in guest experience, loyalty programs, or customer service is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Requirements**:
Prior experience in guest experience or loyalty programs, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, detail-oriented, ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
