**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and workflows and implement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, establish best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and budget estimates.
- Execute projects according to plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish effective communication channels with project team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving issues as needed.
- Evaluate vendor performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential threats to business continuity, reputation, or financial stability.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of best practices in project management.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMPO or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project management roles, preferably in operations or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
