**Position Overview**:
Do you love tech, but have a passion for people too ? As a** Project/Operations Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various operational and project-related activities within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and senior level stakeholders (both internal and external). The **Project/Operations Manager** will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful project management and execution of projects as well as the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Reports to**: Director of Operations, Middle East

**Travel **✈️** Requirement**:Regular travel to Dubai is expected.

**What you'll be working on**:

- Systems implementation and configuration of the accesso systems from a business requirements driven perspective for ticketing, access control and integrated visitor services.
- Provide consultancy to Clients on how to best use accesso technology to effectively manage business processes and procedures. This may span all departments including IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing & Operations.
- Guide and actively participate in the implementation of the project through its various phases including requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, testing and production deployment.
- Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Work with Director of Operations to manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to facilitate communication and ensure alignment of objectives.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Assist with system related documentation (release notes, manuals, statement of works).
- Post projects go live, oversee, and manage support related issues which will include hands on systems troubleshooting and client escalation management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the ticketing industry, and assess their impact on business operations and strategies.

**Technologies** you may work with**:

- Hands on system administration experience in ticketing or FEC related platforms (e.g. VGS, VIVA, Galaxy, Embed)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Based on the project status, prepare well-articulated system implementation related documentation (interface design, functional requirements matrix, testing plans etc).

**What you bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, operations management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in the ticketing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory as regular interaction with senior stakeholders is expected.
- Proven track record of managing ticketing technology projects from initiation to completion, with experience in defining project requirements, developing project plans, and managing project budgets and resources.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members while managing a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation principles.
- Ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.

- Arabic speaker is a plus.
- Experience in the entertainment, sports, or events industry is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
