**JOB OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and coordinate BIM projects for architecture from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Produce high-quality 3D models using Rhino, Dynamo, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate building services and resolve any design clashes or issues.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring project milestones are met, and resources are utilized effectively.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including engineers, contractors, and construction personnel.
- Implement BIM process workflows and standards, including BIM 360, to improve project efficiency and collaboration.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with COBie requirements and are generated in accordance with project parameters and schedules using relevant software.
- Implement 4D simulation and construction sequencing to visualize project progress and identify potential issues.
- Provide expertise in Solibri and Cost X, and experience in 5D cost estimation BIM uses and BOQ generation from BIM models.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong focus on architecture.
- Proficient in Rhino, Dynamo, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant software for parametric modeling and generative design.
- Extensive knowledge of BIM processes, workflows, and standards, with experience in BIM 360.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve design clashes and issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as needed.
- Experience in Solibri and Cost X, and 5D cost estimation BIM uses and BOQ generation from BIM models is a plus.
