**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the Digital Delivery plan, conducting quality activities on large projects /programs, to guarantee that project documentation adheres to the quality standards of both the clients and Parsons. You will have frequent collaboration with the Digital Delivery Team, Interface Manager, Project Managers, and Engineering Team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Acting as the main contact for any updates on CAD/BIM standards, collaborating with the client and the Digital Delivery Team.
- Performs **QA/QC of design documentation **for compliance with Client requirements, including Client quality manuals and PARSONS quality procedure.
- Supervises the production of drawings and ensures that all project information changes are accurately implemented in the drawings, well-documented, and communicated to the relevant design teams.
- Prepares, creates, and maintains **Baseplan **, **Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) **, **CAD Titleblocks **, and follows up with the Engineering Team to ensure documents are updated in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), CAD standards, and Document Number and Naming Procedure.
- Reviews project documentation issues to verify that they are monitored, resolved, closed out promptly, and appropriately documented and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field (or equivalent work experience) and **8+ **overall years of related work experience in the field of creating Project Drawings, QA/QC and coordination.
- CAD, BIM, Software Certification

**SKILLS / COMPETENCIES**:

- Understanding of Quality Management practices, processes, and technology.
- Extensive experience in creating and managing Drawings, CAD Titleblocks, and MIDP.
- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse professionals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and Analytical skills to implement document standards quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ISO19650 Standards is advantageous.
